Maylands Waterland | Custom Buildings
Maylands Waterland project incorporates play areas with inspiration taken from the Swan River and the surrounding native flora and fauna. The community can enjoy a range of family friendly water play areas, accessible toilets and change rooms, picnic areas with shelter, accessible ramps and play areas.
HOW WE HELPED
The greatly enjoyed Maylands Waterland area has been superbly re developed by the City of Bayswater, which now includes family friendly play/picnic areas and a nature themed water park, which can be appreciated by all. Modus delivered three custom buildings to assist with the development and requirements of the space.
