The new Standard Yarra-7 Toilet building replaced an old building.

This new amenity was placed at the community sporting facility in Merriwa where a range of sporting events take place year-round. The Yarra-7 building was an easy choice replacement for the old masonry toilet block which was at the site. Like many other situations the old ablution block didn’t comply with current access & mobility requirements along with the increasing cost to maintain it.

The exercise to try to maintain the old facility or install and a new one became obvious.

The Modus package deal provided a good robust solution, meeting current health & building code requirements for public amenities. Along with the efficient & cost-effective building method there is also benefits with this building type which make it easier for the cleaners.
