The Byron multipurpose building was built in Frankland to cater for the transient holiday makers who pass through the region and still like to have their home luxuries while away from home. The Byron Multipurpose Toilet Building included six toilet cubicles, including an AS1428 compliant toilet, and shower cubicles plus a laundry facility.
