Dazzle Park | Yarra 3
Dazzle Park is a truly bedazzling experience with the vibrant artwork and colours featured throughout, combined with ample amenities to make this a great space for relaxing with family and friends. It caters for all in the new Illuma community, with grassed areas and unique landscaped playground providing space for the kids to play, while the convenient shelters and picnic areas allow parents to relax while keeping an eye on the fun.
HOW WE HELPED
Mirvac were seeking a partner to design and construct a toilet building that could integrate seamlessly with the vibrant theme of the park, the centrepiece of the new Illuma Estate. Modus worked closely with Mirvac to customise a Yarra 3 building to include colorful printed graphics and custom perforated screening that matched in with the shelter design.
Partnering with Modus on the project meant Mirvac could compress their site build time and create an impressive outcome, with our prefabricated kit form modular solution.
