Meeniyan Primary School came to Modus to find a toilet building to replace an existing toilet block that was old, worn down and non-compliant with many Australian Standards. The building also needed to service 155 students with a 50/50 ratio.

Solution

Delivered Atlantis shelter building that combines a shade shelter with toilet facilities
Included timed locked door for security and privacy
The exterior featured manor red and classic cream to match school's colours and surrounding infrastructure
Added a separate toilet for staff in compliance with BCA and WA Department of Education regulations.
Energy efficient LED lights with many incorporating solar power
Mini orb internal sheeting to combat vandalism due to ribbed profile, durability and easy cleaning
