Finding its place within the precincts of a popular sporting complex, this amenity was installed to replace an existing brick and tile building that required upgrading. The local government exhaustively considered their options and decided it better to install a new multipurpose building in a different location than continue with the ongoing cost of maintaining the old one. Being in close proximity to the main grandstand, this building gets a lot of use during sporting events and has been serving the demand very well.
