Public Toilet Building Case Studies

Syd Jones Reserve | Yarra 1

Back to Projects More images

Nestled between Firle and Payneham South, Syd Jones Reserve positions itself as an ideal locale, offering a haven for residents in these thriving communities to relish the outdoors and engage in recreational activities. After undergoing extensive community input through two rounds of consultations, a meticulously crafted concept plan for the rejuvenated Syd Jones Reserve received Council endorsement in March 2019. Transforming into a hub of quality, the reserve now stands as a welcoming space for residents, visitors, and families alike.

HOW WE HELPED

For the council we provided a custom Yarra 1 toilet building. A particular custom feature which really added a point of difference was the inclusion of jarrah louvre slats. This feature added a touch of rustic elegance while seamlessly integrating with the park's natural ambiance. The exterior of the building included grey mini orb to visually match the park's style while prevent denting and vandalism with it's smaller profile.
