Public Toilet Building Case Studies

Witchcliffe, Margaret River, Yarra 5

Back to Projects More images

As part of the project, Shire of Augusta's old two-cubicle toilet building was demolished, and replaced with our Yarra 5 steel and concrete facility. The reimagined recreational area was a collaborative effort involving input from the local community to ensure it aligns with the needs of all ages and abilities, promising a lasting source of enjoyment for years to come.

HOW WE HELPED

Working with the Shire of Augusta we provided a Yarra 5 Custom toilet building that included five uni-sex toilets, with ambulant and accessible facilities making it accesible for all. A custom feature which really added a point of difference was the inclusion of timber look louvre slats in spotted gum powercoat. This feature added a touch of rustic elegance while seamlessly integrating with the park's natural ambiance.

Vandal and fire resistance were also a key requirement of the building, our design incorporated non-combustible and vandal resistant materials.

The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget, which is attributed to our ongoing support and communication throughout.
