Back to Projects More images

Cessnock City Council is situated in the Traditional Custodian country of the Wonnarua Nation and the Darkinjung and Awabakal lands. Bridges Hill Park is located in Yango St, Cessnock with beautiful views to the Brokenback Ranges. This popular park is for the community and visitors to enjoy, featuring fun play areas for kids, colour coded concrete pathways, well-kept gardens, native revegetation, picnic spots and five toilets including a two universal access and baby changing facilities.

HOW WE HELPED

The City of Cessnock were after a toilet facility that mimicked the artistic style of the park structures, playground and other coloured elements in the park. We achieved this design by bringing in large feature red, light blue, aqua and brown coloured columns with timber look facade panels, to make the toilet building compliment the park surrounds along with a low maintenance, low vandalism design and modern modular system.
