A very popular late-night café to buy the ultimate classic burger. Management recognised the need to provide extra amenities however it had to meet some specific requirements — suit the heritage enviros of old Guildford, heavy duty construction, easy to maintain & clean. The Modus Burton building was the perfect selection to fit the requirement.

A Standard Burton-2 Toilet Building was created with careful considerations to compliment the old Guildford heritage environment

Due to specific site requirements this restroom had to be carefully installed between other buildings & infrastructure. The Modus kit form construction method made it ideal for assembling this restroom into a difficult location.
