The Custom Yarra is where you bring us your own vision for a Yarra Toilet Building. Rather than choosing a standard floorplan and making minor tweaks, this option lets you put forward exactly what you have in mind, whether that's a small change or something completely out of the box. When should I choose a Custom Yarra over a standard model?

If a standard Yarra covers your needs and you just want minor changes, like vinyl graphics or a different colour scheme, you can simply choose your model by cubicle count and note those requests in your enquiry. Choose the Custom Yarra when your idea goes beyond the standard floorplans altogether: showers, service rooms, a different cubicle mix, an unusual footprint, or an architectural treatment designed to match your precinct.

How many cubicles can a Custom Yarra have?

There's no fixed count. The cubicle mix (Universal Access, ambulant, standard, showers, or service rooms) is designed around your site's demand, compliance requirements, and available footprint.

Does customising affect compliance?

No, and this is exactly where our expertise comes in. Write down whatever you're thinking and don't hold back: our designers and engineers will take your idea and tailor it to ensure it fully adheres to AS 1428.1 and NCC requirements, and every Custom Yarra is structurally engineered for its site, including Region D cyclonic locations. Does the warranty change on a Custom Yarra?

No. Custom Yarra buildings carry the same 20-year structural warranty and 50-year design life as the standard range.
