What is the Custom Noosa?

The Custom Noosa is where you bring us your own vision for a contemporary multi-use amenity building. Instead of fitting your brief to a standard floorplan, this option invites you to put forward whatever you're picturing, from a small variation to something completely out of the box, all under the Noosa's opposing-skillion roofs with their built-in rainwater catchment. For inspiration, browse our projects and Inspiration Lookbook, found in our resources or in the Resources section above, then share your thinking and our designers and engineers will explore what's possible for your site.

When should I choose a Custom Noosa over a standard model?

For small changes, like a colour scheme or cladding, simply choose the Multi or Tourist Village and note those requests in your enquiry. The Custom Noosa is for briefs beyond the standard layouts: more modules, integrated water tanks and off-grid servicing for a remote park, or a specific mix of family bathrooms, laundries, and service rooms.

How many rooms can a Custom Noosa have?

There's no fixed limit. The room count and mix are engineered around projected occupancy, site services, and available footprint.

Does customising affect compliance?

Not at all, and this is where our expertise takes over. Write down whatever you're thinking and don't hold back: our designers and engineers will refine your idea until it fully adheres to AS 1428.1 and NCC requirements, and each Custom Noosa is structurally engineered for its location, Region D cyclonic sites included. Detail at AS 1428.1 compliance.

Does the warranty change on a Custom Noosa?

No change: the 20-year structural warranty and 50-year design life carry across in full.

How do I start a Custom Noosa project?

If the layout is the priority, visit our floorplan options and choose Design Your Own Floor Plan to set your room mix and design from the floorplan up.
