Frequently Asked Questions

How many cubicles does the Yarra 7 have?
The Yarra 7 is the largest standard building in the Yarra range, with a cubicle mix of one Universal Access Toilet, two ambulant toilets, two standard cubicles, and a multiple urinal incorporated into the far ambulant end of the building. As with the rest of the range, the room types can be tailored to your site.
What are the dimensions of the Yarra 7?
The Yarra 7 measures 9600mm x 2400mm, giving it the longest footprint of the standard Yarra models.
What sites is the Yarra 7 best suited for?
The Yarra 7 is designed for the busiest public locations, including regional sporting precincts, event spaces, major reserves, and high-visitation foreshores, where a large bank of individually accessed cubicles is needed to handle peak crowds.
How is the Yarra 7 different from the Yarra 5?
The Yarra 7 adds two cubicles over the Yarra 5, making it the highest-capacity standard Yarra. Sites needing something beyond seven cubicles, or combinations with showers and changerooms, are usually handled as a Custom Yarra or through the Multi Use range.
Can the Yarra 7 be customised?
Yes. All standard customisations apply, including cladding, colours, verandah treatments, graphic panels, and off-grid servicing. Larger layout changes run through the Custom Yarra.
Is the Yarra 7 compliant with AS 1428.1 and the NCC?
Yes. Accessible and ambulant cubicles are designed to AS 1428.1 and NCC requirements as standard. Detail on the AS 1428.1 compliance page.
What warranty does the Yarra 7 carry?
A 20-year structural warranty and 50-year design life, consistent with the full Modus range.
