The Custom Whitehaven is where you bring us your own vision for a beach and aquatic amenity building. Rather than choosing between the Medium and Large, this option is your chance to describe exactly what you have in mind, minor or completely different, with the water-catching flared roof concept carried through however far you want to push it. The butterfly-roof Whitehaven at Padua College and the Kwinana waterpark ablution block, with its custom laser-cut panels and timber columns, show how far the design can flex. When should I choose a Custom Whitehaven over a standard model?

For minor changes, like colours or screen panels, just pick the Medium or Large and note those requests in your enquiry. The Custom Whitehaven is for briefs beyond the standard floorplans: more changing capacity for a foreshore precinct, a specific room mix for school sports use, integrated Changing Places facilities, or a distinctive roof treatment for a landmark site.

How many rooms can a Custom Whitehaven have?

The room count is open. Toilets, showers, changerooms, urinals, storerooms, and service areas are configured around peak crowds and how the site is used.

Does customising affect compliance?

No, and this is exactly where our expertise earns its keep. Describe whatever you're envisioning and don't hold back: our designers and engineers will tailor your idea to fully adhere to AS 1428.1 and NCC requirements, and every Custom Whitehaven is engineered for its site, including cyclonic and coastal exposure.
