Frequently Asked Questions

How many cubicles does the Burton 3 have?
The Burton 3 delivers three cubicles: one Universal Access Toilet plus two ambulant toilets, covering the full spectrum of accessibility needs in a single classic-styled building.
What are the dimensions of the Burton 3?
The Burton 3 occupies 4800mm x 2400mm, matching the Burton 2's footprint while providing an extra cubicle.
What sites is the Burton 3 best suited for?
The Burton 3 fits busier traditional venues: showgrounds, caravan parks, pony clubs, and popular reserves where three individually accessed cubicles reduce queuing during events and peak season.
How is the Burton 3 different from the Burton 2 and Burton 5?
The Burton 3 gets a third cubicle out of the same footprint as the Burton 2 by using ambulant-width rooms. The Burton 5 moves up to a five-cubicle layout for high-demand sites.
Can the Burton 3 be customised?
Yes. All the range's options apply, from cladding and brackets through to locking systems, and fully bespoke layouts run through the Custom Burton.
Is the Burton 3 compliant with AS 1428.1 and the NCC?
Yes. The accessible cubicle meets AS 1428.1 in full and the ambulant cubicles meet the standard's ambulant provisions. See AS 1428.1 compliance.
What warranty comes with the Burton 3?
The Burton 3 is warranted structurally for 20 years and engineered for a 50-year service life.
