Frequently Asked Questions

How many cubicles does the Burton 2 have?
The Burton 2 offers two Universal Access Toilets, individually accessed from outside and both fully self-contained for unisex public use.
What are the dimensions of the Burton 2?
The Burton 2's footprint is 4800mm x 2400mm, giving each of the two cubicles a full accessible layout.
What sites is the Burton 2 best suited for?
The Burton 2 suits traditional settings with moderate foot traffic: caravan parks, showgrounds, boat ramps, foreshore reserves, and park precincts. Delivered examples include a graphic-panelled Burton 2 at Swan Hill's Milloo Street boat ramp and a custom changing room version on the South Perth Foreshore.
How is the Burton 2 different from the Burton 1 and Burton 3?
Against the single-cubicle Burton 1, the Burton 2 adds a second Universal Access Toilet. The Burton 3 keeps the same footprint but reworks it into three cubicles using two narrower ambulant rooms.
Can the Burton 2 be customised?
It can. Graphic panels, changing room conversions, cladding options, and door automation have all been delivered on Burton 2 projects, with full redesigns available via the Custom Burton.
Is the Burton 2 compliant with AS 1428.1 and the NCC?
Both cubicles meet AS 1428.1 and NCC accessibility requirements as designed. Detail on the AS 1428.1 compliance page.
What warranty applies to the Burton 2?
Modus covers the Burton 2 with its standard 20-year structural warranty and 50-year design life.
