How many cubicles does the Yarra 2 have?
The Yarra 2 contains two Universal Access Toilets, each individually accessed from outside. Both cubicles are fully self-contained, making the building suitable for unisex, all-ages public use.
What are the dimensions of the Yarra 2?
The Yarra 2 has a footprint of 4800mm x 2400mm, twice the width of the Yarra 1 while keeping the same depth.
What sites is the Yarra 2 best suited for?
The Yarra 2 fits medium-traffic public sites where queuing at a single cubicle would be a problem, including parks, playgrounds, rest areas, campgrounds, and school grounds. Two independent Universal Access cubicles keep the building fully accessible at double the capacity.
How is the Yarra 2 different from the Yarra 1 and Yarra 3?
Compared with the single-cubicle Yarra 1, the Yarra 2 adds a second Universal Access Toilet. The Yarra 3 occupies the same 4800mm x 2400mm footprint but trades the second UAT for two ambulant cubicles, giving three cubicles in total.
Can the Yarra 2 be customised?
Yes. Popular customisations include wood-look aluminium cladding, auto-locking door systems, graphic panels, and verandah screens. For different layouts entirely, the Custom Yarra page covers tailored configurations.
Is the Yarra 2 compliant with AS 1428.1 and the NCC?
It is. Both Universal Access Toilets are designed to meet AS 1428.1 and NCC accessibility requirements from the outset, rather than adapted afterwards. More detail is available on the AS 1428.1 compliance page.
What warranty applies to the Yarra 2?
Like all Modus buildings, the Yarra 2 is covered by a 20-year structural warranty and engineered for a 50-year design life.
