What can Modus provide?
Modus can provide all three of these options and tailor them to your specific site, ensuring that they form a cohesive “suite”.
The HVRA initiative is delivered through SLRIP and applications are accepted all year, then assessed in tranches (batched rounds).
Current tranche deadline: 5:00pm (AEST) – 30 April 2026
To avoid missing the tranche, submit early, after tranche close, late additional information is generally not considered.
Ensure it fits the Formal, Informal, or Signage-only categories.
Scope the outcome + site need (what changes, why this location).
Secure co-funding and prepare evidence (required at submission).
Prepare the HVRA-specific inputs (example: vehicle sizes, signage plan, maintenance plan, nearest alternatives, repurposing existing facilities where relevant).
Submit via the Department’s RPM portal: https://rpmportal.infrastructure.gov.au/

PositiveGreat rest stop. Clean shower and facilities. Australia needs more like this. Quite a lot of mosquitos
PositiveHuge rest stop. Clean too. No truckie pee bottles all over the place like all other truck rest areas. Someone looks after this place. Kootoes.
PositiveGreat free overnight parking with toilets and free hot showers! We were the only campervan parked up, trucks would come and go. Very peaceful at night despite being near a road.
Shelter + Furniture options can supplied with the selected toilet building. Click button to enquire.
